DR Avishek Mukherjee is a pioneer in the field of uro-surgery in eastern India. He has received his training from the most esteemed centers of medical excellence in this country. He graduated with distinction from the All India Institute of medical scuences new Delhi in the year 1996 and then enrolled in the residency program of master of surgery at AIIMS new Delhi from the year 1997-2000.
He then enrolled into the superspecialised uro-surgery program at The PGI Chandigarh. From where is passed in the 2003.
He then came to the city of joy kolkata and worked at the then specialised uro surgery center Wockhardt Hospital and kidney institute.
He endeavoured to provide kidney to all patients, even those from economically weaker sections of the society. With this intention the NKPC Kidney Clinic was established.
